Refund policy

ÖPPET KÖP / REKLAMATION Du har öppet köp i 14 dagar från det att du fått hem din vara. Öppet köp gäller ej på reavaror. Du kan enbart returnera oanvända varor. Porto för att returnera står du som kund för. Normalt tar det ca 14 dagar från det att vi mottagit din retur innan du erhåller återbetalning. 
Vid önskan om byte av vara, vänligen returnera varan och beställ sedan på nytt från webshopen.

EXCHANGE / REFUND You are entitled to refund items within 14 days of receiving your package, this includes not sale and reduced items as well. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including tags. If you live in Norway it is important that you pay for both shipping and customers declaration, otherwise we can't receive your shipment. You, the customer, will pay the shipping to return the item. Normally it takes about 14 days from the date we received your return before you receive a refund. 

Fill in the enclosed return and complaint form and send your return goods including your receipt or order confirmation to address: Klippan Yllefabrik Västra Nygatan 3, 264 33 Klippan, Sweden You will get a confirmation by email when we receive your return. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. We will of course refund the shipping cost for your return if it’s due to mistakes made by us.
